1. Information We Handle

GoSales ("we", "our", or "the app") is a business management application designed to help users manage sales, purchases, products, stock, customers, invoices, quotations, receipts, and other business records.

GoSales may allow you to enter and store business-related information, including:

Business Information

• Business phone number
• Business email address
• Business logo or profile image

Product and Inventory Information

• Product names and descriptions
• Product prices
• Product quantities
• Stock information

• Sales records

If you choose to use the customer management features, you may enter:

2. How Your Information Is Used

The information you enter into GoSales is used to provide the application's business management features, including:

• Generating PDF documents
• Printing receipts and business documents
• Sharing documents when you choose to do so
• Creating backups and restoring your business data

GoSales does not provide banking, financial, medical, or government services.

3. Local Storage

GoSales is designed as an offline-first application. Core business information is stored locally on your device so that you can use the application without requiring a continuous internet connection.

This may include your products, customers, sales, purchases, stock records, business profile information and documents.

GoSales does not require you to create an online account to use its core local business management features.

4. Sharing Information

GoSales does not sell your personal or business information.

The app does not share your stored business information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Some features allow you to intentionally share information using applications or services installed on your device, such as WhatsApp or the Android sharing system. When you choose to use these features, the information is transferred through the service or application you select. The privacy practices of those third-party services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Photos and Camera

GoSales may allow you to select or capture a business profile image or logo. Photos or images are used only for functionality you initiate, such as displaying your business logo or profile image.

GoSales does not use your camera or photo library to collect information for advertising purposes.

6. WhatsApp Sharing

GoSales provides optional WhatsApp sharing functionality. When you choose to share information through WhatsApp, GoSales opens WhatsApp or an appropriate web link and prepares the information you requested to share.

GoSales does not control how WhatsApp processes information after you send it. Please review WhatsApp's privacy policy for information about its data practices.

7. Backup and Restore

GoSales provides a local backup and restore feature. When you create a backup, your locally stored business data may be included in the backup file. You control where the backup file is saved or shared.

You are responsible for keeping your backup files secure and for deciding where they are stored.

8. Payments

GoSales can record payment information as part of business records, including payment amounts and payment methods.

GoSales does not operate a banking service, payment gateway, money transfer service, or financial account. Payment information entered into the app is used for business record-keeping and invoice/payment tracking.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by the application. Because GoSales stores core business information locally on your device, you should protect your device with an appropriate screen lock, password, PIN, or other security mechanism.

You should also protect any backup files created by the application.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

GoSales stores locally created business information until you delete it, remove the application data, uninstall the application, or otherwise delete the relevant records using available app functionality.

You can delete individual products, customers, sales records, purchase records and other supported records through the application.

If you create a backup file, deleting information from the application does not automatically delete previously created backup files. You must delete those backup files separately from the location where they were saved.

11. Account Deletion

GoSales does not require an online user account for its core functionality. Therefore, there is no GoSales online account that needs to be deleted.

If a future version introduces account-based services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the account deletion process.

12. Children's Privacy

GoSales is a business management application and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing the service.

13. Third-Party Services

GoSales may interact with third-party applications or services when you explicitly choose features such as sharing, printing, or opening WhatsApp. Third-party services operate independently and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

GoSales is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to GoSales, its features, or applicable requirements. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
